I usually hate trying to find a good mechanic. So I went into Elite Auto to have my radiator replaced and also hoping to find a shop that I can trust. I am sold.

Not only did they replace my radiator, they replaced a burned out turn signal (that I had not gotten to yet), fixed in a dent in my hood and then took my door apart to fix a popped door handle at NO CHARGE! And although Mark was 99% sure of the issue I was having with my speedometer he thought I should get a second opinion before forking out a bunch cash on the parts. I’ve never had a mechanic do this. Jen, Mark and the rest of his crew took great care of me. Highly recommend. Will be back.

I discovered the previous night my driver side brake light was not working. I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. The next day I called Elite and they were able to get me in right away. I asked them to also do an oil change for me and I had a coupon for free tire rotation. Everything was completed and I was able to pick up my car that afternoon. Everyone was so nice. Jen who works in the office was so helpful. I am very pleased with the work that was performed and I intend to tell my family and friends. This is my new auto service shop.

Friendly people. Helpful people. Will listen regarding symptoms. Comfortable waiting area. Besides fixing the cause of the problem, the mechanic explained what caused the problem and what he did to correct it. No problem going into the work area to look for myself. Nice. Cost for repairs is reasonable. That’s nice too. What more can I say. Will I return? Definitely.
